Description
The Powersonic 610 is a 10.7 litre capacity benchtop ultrasonic cleaner suitable for smaller items and intricate parts that would otherwise be impossible to clean efficiently. This unit provides an efficient automated cleaning method for operators such as watchmakers, jewellers, scientific and computer laboratories, medical and veterinary practice, and electronic repair workshops.
A simple-to-use control panel allows users to power the unit on/off, set operating time, bath temperature (up to 70°C), sonic power, sweep level and degas time. Degas mode creates intermittent ultrasonic waves to eliminate dissolved gas in the bath solution, while Sweep mode provides a continuous variation in wave frequency for optimal distribution of cleaning power and preservation of the tank. The Powersonic 610 operates at an ultrasonic wave frequency of 40KHz at three power options for up to 99 minutes.
All Powersonic series ultrasonic cleaners features industrial BLT type transducers, producing better power and performance, and have longer durability compared to disc transducer elements. The tank and unit housing are stainless steel, with tough Polypropylene plastic surrounding the control panel and top rim.
